For a long time our country has seen racism as a large problem and this has caused ethnic groups to be looked down upon or forced into a lifestyle of difficulties and suppression. Due to this, races, particularly African-Americans, have been forced to deal with unequal opportunity and poverty, leading to less honorable ways of getting by and also organizations that support change. Malcolm X is one strong example of a colored man who fell into this type of hate and acted against it, uniting people to promote the advancement of colored people and change.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  At a young age, Malcolm saw the ways in which blacks were seen as inferior, when his father supported an organization that promoted the return of blacks to Africa. His father was killed when six white men beat him to death because they did not like what his father was doing in his organization. The modern literature community recognizes Shakespeare as one of the most brilliant minds in the history of dramatic theatre. His unmatched ability to represent human behavior and emotion makes the love in Romeo and Juliet the driving force behind the play's success. Shakespeare incorporated many different types of love in order to capture the hearts of the Elizabeth Era. Juliet's nurse shows amazing concern for the young girl's well being. She, in some ways, takes the place of her natural mother ("Examples of Love in Romeo and Juliet"). Lady Capulet treated Juliet as a naïve young girl with no knowledge and feelings of her own. During the entire traumatic experience of arranging a marriage between Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet, the nurse aided the two young lovers in their quest to be together. One is easily able to see the motherly care the nurse shows for Juliet in Romeo and Juliet. The counterpart to the love nurse displays for Juliet as a "mother" is the fatherly love the Friar gives to Romeo. The prince exiles Romeo because of his murder of Tybalt. This leaves the young man alone and scared of his future. The only person available to aid Romeo in his sufferings is the Friar. He tells the fugitive "Arise, one knocks/ Good Romeo, hide thyself" (Act III, Scene 3, Line 71). This shows that Friar puts himself at risk in order to make certain no harm comes to Romeo He provides insight to the situation at hand and helps Romeo to see the next course of action. During the internship at ITC (in logistics), I interacted with ground level employees (on floor)-even when it is not mandatory. Through which I got in debt understanding of the actual process happening on field. By doing so I was a able to identify that the workers are mixing up the stock without associating with their respective codes. I was also able prove that by abandoning one particular plant J-1(name shortened) will save cost irrespective of its flexibility and proximity. During my schooling, I was the School president during my X- class.There was an alumni meet along with the inaugural function every year. My role that year is to look over the snacks and gifts (for our our alumni and guests). We were allotted a budget and we paid the dealer in advance. The function has been postponed to the next day, So we left the oder (snacks and gifts) in the dealers godown. But the next most of it is spoiled by the rats. The dealer accepted to take the responsibility, but neither is he able to return our total money or reproduce the order immediately. I being the response point took two decisions: For gifts, i made the dealer to give gift vouchers, which we will give to our guests and alumni, through which they can go to that distributor and select a gift of their choice within the price range (discount included as per original agreement). And for the snacks, instead of buffet I opted for dine-in to avoid the stock out situation. And also instead of having three common snacks, we opted for a variety of snacks in small quantities(it includes fruits to a large extent). During the crisis I conveyed my proposal to my Vice-principal, and it was readily accepted. And next day i was applauded during the morning prayer in front of the whole school by the principal for my effective handling of the situation.

The study entitled SIGNIFICANT EFFECTS OF MUSIC aims to determine the factors that causes the youth to get involved to music, the significant effects, whether would be positive or negative, that it brought to them, the comparative effects it take them to music while studying, between listening and reviewing. Specifically it sought to answer the following questions: I. What are the factors that influence and cause the youth to get involved into music? II. What are the significant effects of music? III. a. What are the desirable effects of getting involved into listening music? b. ) What are the undesirable effects of getting involved into listening music? IV. How does music affects their performance in school? The study made use of the descriptive method to determine the desirable and undesirable effects of music. The data were gathered through survey questionnaire given to some junior students. This respondent of the study were roughly 72 students selected using the Proportional Stra tified Random Sampling method. The students were chosen carefully so that the samples represent the population. The study made use of previous researcher, interview, music manuals, research books, related literature on the book from the library and other on formations through the internet. Data gathered were the basis of the research in drawing the conclusion. The researcher problem focuses on the significant effects of music on junior students. After gathering and summarizing data the researchers come up to the following results. That junior student perceived that the psychological/emotional factor obtaining a total evaluated score of 133 ranks as number one factor that drives them to listen to music. That is music makes them lose track of time enabling them to accomplish their work and household chores. Junior students perceived that music has something to do with regards to their performance in school. Majority agreed that music improves their learning ability while reviewing. (DS1). Music plays an important part of an individual. People listen and engage into music because of many reasons such (1) to fulfill own satisfaction (2) to enjoy (3) to express feelings (4) to relax (5) to produce sense of participation (6) to lighten burden/work easier etc. Based on the survey results, it is the psychological or emotional factor that drives the junior students most to listen to music which is in congruence and in relation to the most perceived desirable effect that is music makes them happy, relaxed and energized. Even so, there is still a great variability to the extent of engagement. Although findings show that music offers a wide selection of pleasant effects since all statements presented were shown and proven to be true, careful considerations must be given to the negative effects for result show that from among 5 presented statements on undesirable effects of music, 3 were evidently true. No matter how little or significant it is, take into account that there is always a risk. When it comes to their performance in school findings prove that majority of the junior students agreed that music enhances their learning ability when reviewing.
